How we work

How we work

A clear process, a pipeline that makes speed safe, and a team that talks to you every week. Here is what working with us looks like.

Four steps, from idea to launch

  1. Discovery. We listen first: your goals, users, constraints and budget. Together we agree what the first release must do and what can wait.
  2. Architecture. We design the data model, security and infrastructure before building features, and write it down so you can see the plan.
  3. Build and iterate. Short cycles with a demo every week on a staging copy. You see working software, give feedback and steer.
  4. Launch and optimise. We go live through the gated pipeline and keep improving with you, or hand everything over to your own team.

Speed without breaking things

Our engineers work with AI agents to write and test code faster. What keeps that safe is not the AI; it is the pipeline every change has to pass. It is the same discipline our sister brand SystemFlare runs for payments infrastructure, and it is true of every engagement.

  • Every change goes through Git and a pull request. Nobody edits production by hand.
  • Automated checks run before merge: a scan for secrets and forbidden files, and a flag on risky changes such as configuration, CI, dependencies, SQL and code that deletes data.
  • Staging runs on a sanitised copy of production data, with payments, analytics, email and social login switched off.
  • The production gate runs on the server itself, so a pull request cannot weaken it. A deploy happens only for reviewed, green changes; a database backup is taken first, and a health check runs afterwards with automatic rollback.
  • A nightly drift check compares production with Git and opens an issue if something changed outside the pipeline. Deploys stay blocked until it is resolved.
  • Backups are encrypted and kept on separate storage, with restores that are tested.
  • Access is least privilege. Deploy keys are read-only and per repository.
  • AI agents only propose changes. They have no server, database or secret access and never merge with red checks.

What you own

From the first commit, the code, repositories, hosting and service accounts are in your name, and the intellectual property is yours unless we agree otherwise in writing. When you want to continue without us, nothing has to be untangled.

How we communicate

  • An engineer replies within one business day. You talk to the people who do the work, not to a sales team.
  • Weekly demos keep progress visible, and problems surface early.
  • We work in English, Spanish, Ukrainian and Russian, remotely, with clients in the EU and worldwide.
  • Booking is simple: write to us through the contact form and we will take it from there.

Questions clients ask

How often will I hear from you?

At least once a week, at the demo. In between, you can write to us whenever you need to, and an engineer replies within one business day.

Do you use AI agents on my project?

Yes, to move faster. The agents work only through pull requests, never have access to servers, databases or secrets, and never merge with failing checks. A person is always responsible for what ships.

What if a release goes wrong?

The production gate takes a database backup before every deploy and runs a health check afterwards. If the product does not come up healthy, it rolls back automatically.

Can my own developers work in the same pipeline?

Yes. Everyone, whether it is your team, ours or an AI agent, goes through the same pull requests, checks and gate. That is what keeps it safe.

What happens to our access when the engagement ends?

Everything is already in your name. We hand over documentation and the access list, and you remove our access. Nothing depends on us.

Want to see it on your project?

Tell us what you are building or where you are stuck. We will reply within one business day.
