MVP development
MVP development: from idea to a launched product
From a first sketch to a product real users can sign up for. Built fast, built to grow, and yours from the first commit.
We turn your idea into a working first version of your product: scoped with you, designed for growth and built in short cycles with a demo every week. It is for founders and companies launching something new. MVP development starts at €15,000 and usually takes 8–12 weeks.
Who it is for
- Founders with an idea, a pitch or a prototype who need a real product built
- Pre-seed and seed startups that want a base they will not have to rewrite after the first round
- Established companies launching a new product without stretching their own team
Why now
- You have validated the idea and need something users can actually pay for
- Investors or partners want to see a working product, not slides
- A previous attempt was rushed and now every change breaks something else
- You are in fintech or another field where security questions come early
What you get
- Discovery and scope: a written first release, with what is in, what waits and why
- Architecture and data model agreed before features are built
- The product itself, built in short cycles with a weekly demo on a staging copy
- Security from day one: authentication, roles, secrets handling and least-privilege access
- Code in your own repository, with every change going through a pull request and automated checks
- Staging and a gated production deploy: backup before, health check after, automatic rollback
- Encrypted backups to separate storage, with tested restores
- Handover pack: documentation, an access list and rules for AI coding agents, so your future team can carry on
How it works
Discovery
We work through your goals, users and constraints, and agree the smallest first release that proves the idea.
Architecture
Data model, security and infrastructure designed and written down. You see the plan before we build.
Build and iterate
Short cycles with a demo every week. You give feedback on working software and we adjust.
Launch and optimise
Go-live through the gated pipeline, then we keep improving with you or hand over to your team.
Fast, without a rewrite later
The usual trade-off for founders is speed now or quality later. A product thrown together in a few weeks often has to be rebuilt just when the first users and investors arrive.
We avoid that trade-off with process, not heroics. Our engineers use AI agents to draft and test code quickly, and every change goes through the same gated pipeline: automated checks, a preview on staging, and a production deploy that backs up first and rolls back on its own if something is wrong. It is the discipline our sister brand SystemFlare runs for payments infrastructure, applied to your first version.
What a weekly demo looks like
Every week you see the product running on a private staging copy. You click through it, tell us what feels wrong, and we agree the next priorities together. No surprises at the end, and no long silences in the middle.
Not ready for a full build?
If you already have a prototype made with an AI app builder, taking it to production may be a faster and cheaper first step. If you are a pre-seed or seed founder, have a look at our Startup program.
Questions clients ask
Is €15,000 the price of my MVP?
It is where a small, well-scoped first version typically starts. More features, integrations or platforms cost more. After discovery you get a written quote that says exactly what is included, before any build starts.
Who owns the code and the product?
You do. The repository, hosting and service accounts are in your name from the start, and the intellectual property is yours unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Do you use AI to write the code?
Yes, our engineers work with AI agents to move faster. The agents only open pull requests, have no access to servers, databases or secrets, and nothing merges with failing checks. You get the speed without the usual mess.
How involved do I need to be?
About an hour a week for the demo and decisions, plus quick answers to questions in between. You know your users best, so your input shapes the product.
We are building a financial product. Can you help with payments security?
We design with security in mind from the first sprint. We also have experience and contacts for PCI DSS readiness for financial products, through our sister brand SystemFlare. We do not certify anyone; that is the job of an assessor.
What happens after launch?
Your choice. We can keep building with you as a reinforcement team, or hand everything over to your own developers with documentation and access in order.
