Delivery reinforcement

Delivery reinforcement for product teams

We step in alongside your team when delivery slows down, steady things and get the product moving again, without drama.

Delivery reinforcement adds our engineers alongside your existing team when a product is behind, over budget or stuck. We start with a codebase and delivery audit in week one, put access and ownership in order and agree a 90-day roadmap. It is for founders and product leads whose delivery has stalled. It starts at €6,000 per month and runs for as long as it is useful.

Who it is for

  • Founders whose product is behind schedule and over budget
  • Product teams that are stretched thin or tired after a long push
  • Companies inheriting a codebase from an agency or freelancer who has moved on

Why now

  • Deadlines keep slipping and nobody can say when the next release will land
  • Costs keep rising but visible progress does not
  • Earlier technical decisions have led to dead ends that block new features
  • The team is close to burnout and needs a hand, not more pressure

What you get

  • Week 1: codebase and delivery audit, a plain-language report on what works, what is risky and what blocks progress
  • Takeover checklist: NDA and access handover, IP and repository ownership check, credential rotation
  • A 90-day roadmap with priorities and milestones agreed with you
  • Engineers working alongside your team in your repository and your tools
  • A gated pipeline if one is missing: pull requests, automated checks, staging, and a production deploy with backup and rollback
  • Clear communication: weekly progress you can share with co-founders and investors

How it works

  1. Audit

In week one we read the code, the backlog and the delivery history, and talk to the team. You get an honest report.

  2. Secure the basics

NDA and access handover, a check that the IP and repositories are really yours, and rotation of shared credentials.

  3. Agree a 90-day roadmap

Priorities, milestones and who does what, written down and agreed with you and your team.

  4. Deliver and review

We ship alongside your team with weekly demos, and review the plan together as we go.

Reinforcement, not a reset

Changing teams halfway through a product is expensive and painful, and most of the time it is not needed. What a stalled team usually lacks is a clear picture, a few extra hands and some breathing room.

That is what we bring. We look at the code and the way work gets delivered, say plainly what is slowing things down, and then help fix it from inside the team. Your people keep the context they have built, and the product gets moving again.

Safe changes from the first weeks

If the project has no safe way to ship, we add one early: pull requests, automated checks, a staging copy and a production deploy that takes a backup first and rolls back on its own. It is the same discipline our sister brand SystemFlare runs for payments infrastructure, and it takes a lot of fear out of releasing. Read more in How we work.

Questions clients ask

Are you replacing our developers?

No. We reinforce your team: we work alongside the people you have, take on the work that is stuck and help everyone ship again. If someone has left, we help cover the gap and keep the knowledge in your repository, not in our heads.

Why do you check IP and repository ownership?

Because it is a common surprise. Code sometimes sits in an agency's or a former freelancer's account, or the domain and cloud accounts are not in the company's name. We make sure what you paid for is actually yours before we build on it.

Why rotate credentials?

When people or vendors change, the passwords and keys they had stay valid unless someone changes them. Rotating them at the start closes that door and gives everyone a clean list of who can access what.

How quickly can you start?

Usually soon after we agree the scope. An engineer replies to your first message within one business day, and the audit starts as soon as we have access.

Can we stop after the audit?

Yes. The audit report and the 90-day roadmap are yours to keep, whether you continue with us or carry on alone.

Tell us where delivery is stuck

A short description of the product, the team and what is slipping is enough. We will reply within one business day with a first view.
