AI prototype to production

From AI prototype to a production app

Your AI-built prototype proved the idea. We turn it into an app you can safely put in front of paying customers.

We take a prototype built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, v0 or a similar tool and make it ready for real users: a security review, proper authentication, a sound data model, tests, CI/CD, staging and hosting. It is for founders and teams whose prototype works on screen but is not safe to launch yet. It starts at €4,000 and usually takes 2–4 weeks.

Who it is for

  • Founders who built a working prototype with an AI app builder or coding assistant
  • Teams preparing to put an AI-built app in front of paying customers or investors
  • Non-technical founders who are not sure what the generated code actually does

Why now

  • The prototype works in the demo, but you do not know if it is secure
  • Real users, payments or personal data are about to arrive
  • Every new prompt fixes one thing and breaks another
  • An investor or partner asked how the app is built and hosted

What you get

  • Security review of the generated code: exposed keys, open data, missing access checks
  • Authentication and roles done properly, with access rules enforced on the server
  • Data model cleaned up so it can grow, with migrations instead of manual edits
  • Tests for the flows that matter most: sign-up, payment, the core action
  • CI/CD: code in your own repository, automated checks on every pull request
  • Staging and production hosting with a gated deploy, backups and automatic rollback
  • Handover: what changed and why, plus rules for AI coding agents so you can keep building safely

How it works

  1. First look

We read the code and try the app, then tell you plainly what is risky and what it takes to fix.

  2. Secure and restructure

Fix the security issues, set up authentication and the data model, and move the code into a proper repository.

  3. Pipeline and hosting

Automated checks, a staging copy and a gated production deploy with backups and rollback.

  4. Launch and hand over

Go live, then walk you through how to keep changing the app, with or without AI, without breaking it.

Why a prototype is not a product yet

AI app builders are a real gift for founders. You can test an idea in days instead of months. But a prototype is built to look right, not to be safe. The gaps are usually the same: keys and passwords inside the code, a database anyone can read, access rules that live only in the browser, and no way to undo a bad change.

None of that shows in a demo. It shows when the first real users, payments or attackers arrive.

Keep the speed, add the guardrails

We do not ask you to stop using AI. Our own engineers use AI agents every day. The difference is the pipeline around them: every change goes through a pull request, automated checks and a staging copy, and production deploys take a backup first and roll back on their own if something is wrong. That is how we move fast without breaking things, and it is what we set up for you. Read more in How we work.

Questions clients ask

Do you throw away my prototype and start again?

Usually not. The prototype holds a lot of good decisions about what the product should do. We keep what works and rebuild only the parts that are unsafe or will not hold up. If a rebuild really is the better path, we tell you before the quote.

I only want to know if my app is secure. Can you just audit it?

Yes. Our sister brand SystemFlare offers a stand-alone security audit of AI-built apps. If you then want the fixes and the production setup, this service picks up from there.

Can I keep building with Lovable, Cursor or another AI tool afterwards?

Yes. We set up the repository, checks and staging so that AI-generated changes go through the same gates as any other change. You keep the speed and lose the fear of breaking production.

Is AI-generated code really that risky?

Not always, but often enough to check. Studies find security flaws in a large share of AI-generated code: Veracode found them in about 45% of the samples it tested. The usual ones are keys in the code, data anyone can read and missing access checks.

Where will the app be hosted?

In accounts you own. We recommend a setup that fits your users and budget, set it up with you and document it.
